Creating perfect tactics in #FM22 can be challenging. In this Football Manager 2022 video, I break down how I reinvented Man City and created a PERFECT defensive 4-1-4-1 in the hope it helps others to be able to create their "perfect" tactic from scratch. I showcase my results with Manchester City, my method of looking at the squad and recognising its strengths, creating the tactic and style of play. Lastly, we see how the tactic plays out in Football Manager 2022.
